These products serve different purposes. Your consultation considers volume, selected lines, facial balance and skin quality separately before choosing an injectable.
RHA products are hyaluronic acid gels used for selected facial lines, folds and volume concerns. RHA Dynamic Volume is an option for cheek augmentation and age-related midface contour deficiencies in adults 22 or older. Product selection, placement and amount depend on your anatomy.
Sculptra uses poly-L-lactic acid to stimulate your own collagen production. Improvement develops gradually, and a plan may involve a series of visits. It is a different approach from placing a hyaluronic acid gel; your provider explains when to assess changes and whether it suits your goals.
Radiesse contains calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres in a gel carrier. It can provide volume support and stimulate collagen over time. Your provider explains the proposed area, formulation and technique, including any off-label use, rather than treating it as interchangeable with an HA filler.
Bellafill contains PMMA microspheres in bovine collagen. It is approved for nasolabial folds and certain cheek acne scars in patients over 21. A skin test is required before treatment. Because the PMMA microspheres remain in tissue, selection and long-term planning need particular care.
Tell us which change you want to see and how subtle you want it to be. We evaluate your face at rest and in movement, discuss previous injections and consider suitable alternatives. A staged approach allows reassessment before adding more treatment. More product is not automatically a better result.

Bruising, swelling, redness, and tenderness can occur and may take days to weeks to settle. Follow your injector’s aftercare and contact us with concerns.
Rare serious complications can occur if filler enters a blood vessel. Seek immediate medical attention for vision changes, unusual severe pain, or concerning skin color changes after treatment.
