Treatments
AlloClae body contouring in Scottsdale is an option for selected areas of localized volume loss and contour irregularity. It uses processed donor-derived adipose tissue to provide cushioning and support where fat naturally exists, without collecting fat from another part of your body.
At Contour You Med Spa, our North Scottsdale team starts with your concern, anatomy and medical history. We explain whether adding volume makes sense, which areas may be appropriate and what another approach could accomplish.
Body contour concerns can look similar in a photograph but require different treatment. We assess the area in person before recommending a plan.
Discuss hip dips, localized volume loss or selected contour irregularities. Your provider considers your proportions, the amount of support needed and the limits of an injectable approach. Adding volume should have a clear purpose within your overall shape.
Tell us about weight changes and procedures in the area, including liposuction or previous injections. A hollow, an area of loose skin and a pocket of fat are different concerns. Your assessment helps determine which one is contributing to what you see.
AlloClae does not remove fat, treat excess weight or replace surgery for substantial excess skin.
AlloClae is made from screened human donor adipose tissue. The processed product contains non-living fat cells and structural components, including extracellular matrix. It is not a living stem-cell treatment or a synthetic facial filler.
Traditional fat transfer requires harvesting your own fat, usually with liposuction. AlloClae does not require that harvesting step. This difference does not make it suitable for every person or every goal; product selection and placement still require a medical assessment.
Your provider reviews the proposed area, previous procedures, desired change and whether your goal is realistic. Ask how much product is recommended, why that amount fits your anatomy and whether the plan involves one appointment or a staged approach.
If more than one treatment is proposed, we explain what each component addresses and why it belongs in the plan. Volume support, cellulite treatment and skin tightening have different roles.
Bring your medication and supplement list, allergies and details of prior procedures. Do not stop prescribed medication on your own. Any medication changes should be coordinated with your prescribing clinician and treatment provider.
Your provider explains the placement plan, comfort measures, product amount and appointment length. Ask who will perform the procedure and what follow-up is included. Scheduling depends on the area and the plan agreed at consultation.
Swelling, bruising and tenderness can occur. Follow the specific wound-care and activity instructions given for your treatment. Early swelling can affect how the contour looks; your follow-up assessment is the time to review healing and the result.
Risks can include infection, allergic reactions, discoloration and nodules or cysts. Severe allergies, a history of anaphylaxis or an active infection may make treatment inappropriate. Discuss your individual risks and alternatives with your provider.
Added volume may be apparent early, but the result should be assessed after initial healing. Results and duration vary; a particular shape or lasting outcome cannot be guaranteed.
We provide a personalized quote based on the area, amount of product and proposed plan. Ask what is included, whether additional treatment may be needed and how that would affect the total cost. Explore financing information; financing is subject to approval and applicable terms.
Contour You brings together body contouring, cellulite treatment, skin tightening and injectables, allowing you to discuss different concerns during one assessment. We explain what the proposed treatment can address and where its limits lie.
Our team includes Dr. Scott W. Siverhus, MD, MS, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Medical Director and Master Injector. Ask which provider will perform your procedure, their relevant experience and how follow-up will be managed. Meet our team.

No. AlloClae is donor-derived adipose tissue used for selected body volume and support concerns. Dermal fillers and biostimulators are separate products with their own indications and treatment plans.
No. It adds localized volume and support. If your concern is a fat pocket, we assess whether a fat-reduction option is appropriate.
Volume-related contour changes and cellulite dimples are different. Your provider assesses the cause of the irregularity; Avéli may be an option for suitable cellulite dimples.
AlloClae does not require harvesting your own fat. Candidacy still depends on your anatomy, health history and treatment goals.
Your provider recommends the product amount and appointment plan after assessment. Ask whether the proposed care is a single treatment or staged plan and when the result will be reviewed.
Possibly, when different procedures address separate concerns. Your provider determines suitability and sequencing; combining treatments is not an automatic recommendation.
Your quote depends on the treatment area and product amount. We discuss the proposed total and what is included before you decide.
