Meet Betty Dray, DNP, FNP-BC
Betty Dray, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and more than five years specializing in medical aesthetics. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Arizona State University and has dedicated her career to combining advanced medical knowledge with artistry to help patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Beginning her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2008 before becoming a Registered Nurse in 2015, Betty built a strong clinical foundation through experience in emergency medicine, trauma, telemetry, long-term care, and functional medicine. This diverse background has shaped her thoughtful, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine, where safety, education, and individualized care remain at the forefront of every treatment plan.
Since transitioning into aesthetics in 2019, Betty has developed extensive experience in aesthetic injectables, regenerative medicine, advanced laser procedures, energy-based technologies, RF microneedling, collagen-stimulating therapies, platelet-based treatments, skin rejuvenation, body aesthetics, and comprehensive facial assessment. She believes that beautiful results begin with understanding each patient’s unique anatomy, goals, and lifestyle rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
One of Betty’s areas of special interest is facial plastics and eye rejuvenation. Through her clinical experience with a Scottsdale facial plastic surgery practice specializing in the eyes and surrounding facial structures, she developed advanced expertise in treating the delicate eye area using both laser technologies and injectable treatments. Whether addressing fine lines, skin laxity, pigmentation, or under-eye concerns, Betty combines a meticulous understanding of facial anatomy with an artistic eye to create refreshed, natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features.
Betty has a particular passion for facial balancing and creating harmony through subtle, customized treatments. She believes the most beautiful aesthetic outcomes are achieved by enhancing facial symmetry while preserving each patient’s natural expressions and individual features. Her goal is not to change the way someone looks, but to restore confidence by helping patients look like the healthiest, most refreshed version of themselves.
Beyond facial aesthetics, Betty also brings experience in body rejuvenation and aesthetic medicine. Through previous training and clinical experience, she has worked with advanced laser technologies, energy-based treatments, and injectable modalities for appropriate body applications with a strong emphasis on patient selection, safety, anatomy, and individualized assessment.
